The CNC will be hosting Genevieve Bell next Monday, April 15 for a special public lecture. Dr. Bell is the Director of the 3A Institute and Distinguished Professor at the Australian National University (ANU) as well as a Vice President and Senior Fellow at Intel Corporation. She is a cultural anthropologist, technologist and futurist best known for her work at the intersection of cultural practice and technology development. Her talk will focus on “Decolonising Artificial Intelligence? the arc of the new cybernetics.”
The lecture will be held at 7 PM in Turner Auditorium (HSB D209). A reception will follow in the CNC.
