We at the CNC are excited to welcome everyone to the 2026/27 CNC Forums! Whether you’re a returning member or new to the community, we hope to see you at the forum this year.

Extended Forum Hours

Due to the ongoing renovations in the CNC, we’ve extended our forum hours to 10am-5pm every Wednesday to provide meeting space for the community.

Most weeks will feature lunch at 12:00pm followed by a talk at 12:30pm. Throughout the day, the suite of rooms in SOCC is available for community use, including open work time.

You can find the full October lineup in the October forum schedule.

Reserve a Room

We’re now offering the ability to reserve rooms in advance. If you’re interested in holding a journal club, special interest discussion group, or lab meeting, we welcome you to use the SOCC space.

To request space, please email Jessica Huszar at huszarjm@uw.edu with your preferred time(s).

October 21: CNC Culture and Planning Meeting

On Wednesday, October 21, we’ll hold a special CNC culture and planning meeting directly following the regular seminar. We would love to hear your feedback and ideas on CNC programming to help us best serve the community.
