Applications for the Shanahan Undergraduate/Postbaccalaureate fellowships are now being accepted for 2024!
The UW Computational Neuroscience Center and the Shanahan Fellowship program have an exciting paid opportunity for pre-doctoral researchers interested in the interface of data and neuroscience. There are three research assistant positions available for current students and recent graduates. Both undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students are eligible to apply. The program start date is flexible but likely to be June 2024.
A current Shanahan Postdoctoral Fellow will mentor the student fellows. Fellows will gain hands-on research experience in neural computation, neural networks, and computational modeling/method development and will work with researchers at all levels at UW and Allen Institute for Brain Science as part of a vibrant interdisciplinary research community. Fellows will be supported in presenting and publishing their work, as appropriate.
